系統開始運作後，我們會跟進，確保一切正常：大部分安裝會以電話跟進，較大型或較複雜的系統則會再上門查看。需要調整的地方，可以及早發現。
大部分系統標準提供 3 年人工保修（Labour Warranty），您可在接受報價時付費升級，延長至最長合共 12 年。如您出售住宅，人工保修可轉讓給新業主。
所有人工保修，無論年期長短，均須每年由 Jolly Heating & Cooling 進行保養檢查，方可維持有效。
設備再好，容量不合適也無法發揮應有的表現。如果您更換系統類型，例如由暖爐（Furnace）改為熱泵（Heat Pump），會由獨立的能源顧問（Energy Advisor）製作熱負荷報告（Heat Load Report），確保新系統的容量配合您的住宅。報告由我們安排，並會在發票上單獨列出。如果是同類更換，例如暖爐換暖爐，我們會根據現有系統的運作表現，加上我們的經驗來決定容量。

I reached out to Jolly for an AC solution for my home and had a great experience with Thomas and team. They were very communicative and presented several options based on our needs.

Fantastic experience and HIGHLY recommend. We also had a slight crack in a glass on gas heater which we discovered was releasing carbon monoxide and thanks to the technician he took care of it.
