西溫哥華的許可證
西溫哥華區政府（District of West Vancouver）是卑詩省少數自行簽發電力許可證的市鎮之一。煤氣許可證仍由省級安全監管機構 Technical Safety BC 簽發。
安裝熱泵通常需要電力許可證，而更換煤氣暖爐（Furnace）或鍋爐（Boiler）還要加上煤氣許可證，所以在西溫哥華由煤氣暖氣改用熱泵（Heat Pump），要向兩個機構申請許可證。兩份許可證都由我們申領。
設計溫度
設計溫度（Design Temperature）是指暖氣系統在設計上需要應付的最低氣溫。卑詩省建築規範（BC Building Code）的氣候表把西溫哥華定為 -7°C，與溫哥華（Vancouver）和列治文（Richmond）相同。我們會以此為起點，按您房屋的熱負荷計算系統容量。
