列治文（Richmond）本地暖氣及冷氣公司
我們的公司設於列治文，熟悉這裡的房屋：混凝土地台（Slab）、下送風暖爐（Downflow Furnace），以及市政府對熱泵（Heat Pump）擺放位置的規定。
下送風暖爐與地台下的風管
部分列治文舊屋建於混凝土地台上，並使用下送風暖爐：暖爐把暖風向下吹進澆築在地台內的風管（Ducts），再送到地面的出風口。這些風管一旦破裂，沙和水就可能滲入。
據我們所知，本地目前沒有修補破裂地台風管的方法。您可以接受現狀，並更頻密地更換暖爐濾網；或改用無風管分體式冷暖機（Ductless Mini Split），直接為每個房間供暖及製冷，舊風管便不再需要。我們會按您房屋的情況，告訴您我們建議哪個做法，以及原因。
列治文的熱泵規定
列治文設有獨立屋及半獨立屋（Duplex）熱泵指引，最近一次修訂於 2025 年 7 月。室外機須距離地界至少 1.2 米，不可放在門廊、車道或通行權地段（Right-of-Way）上；市政府亦因噪音問題，強烈不建議放在側院。
根據列治文的噪音附例（Noise Bylaw），機組的聲音日間應低於 55 dBA，夜間應低於 45 dBA，而指引把這項責任歸於屋主。因此，我們會同時選定位置和機組，而不是先定一樣，再遷就另一樣。
熱泵的電力許可證（Permit）由 Technical Safety BC 簽發。列治文是少數自行簽發煤氣許可證的城市之一，所以當熱泵取代煤氣暖氣時，封閉煤氣管的工程由市政府的煤氣許可證涵蓋。許可證由我們申領。
